Meet Time/Place: 6:30am at St. Mary’s Cathedral Sydney CBD

Experience Level: Everyone is welcome beginner friendly x

Pace: No set pace, we are typically around 6 mins/km for a conversational speed.

Finish: We finish at our fav AP Bakery/Paramount Coffee Project.

Every Sunday, our community comes together to explore Sydney with a new walk location. The walk is about an hour long and a super chilled, inclusive and fun way to make new friends with up to over 200 girls! We finish at iconic cafes, and always start with an icebreaker activity so if you come alone or with a friend you will be guaranteed to meet new girls.

RUN FAQs

  • There is no set pace for the run, everyone is welcome to run at a pace that feels best for you. You will have a She Runner with you no matter what. A conversational pace is encouraged to chat to new female friends!

  • About 6km total, a social not crazy distance. We walk down to coffee/pastries afterwards from Oxford street to catch our breath.

  • The run should finish up around 7:20/30am latest depending on your preferred pace. We will all meet at the AP Bakery and Paramount Coffee Project afterwards (same building) if you are free and want to regroup!

  • Check out Strava to gain access to our weekly Wednesday running route. We will meet at 6:30am outside St Mary’s Cathedral by the stairs. From there we all head into the Royal Botanical Gardens and Lady Maquarie’s Chair, Opera House and back up Macquarie Street for a scenic waterside run.

  • For any of the working gals who need to drop off their bag prior and pickup after the run to head straight to work, DM me and I will organise something for you. I can store your bag in my apartment safely to collect by the end of the run.
